What I bring to each project

I treat you and your family's story with the utmost respect and care. 
This is an inclusive, safe space where everyone is welcome.

Your family history and personal details will never be shared with anyone. 

After your project is completed and any outstanding balance is paid, I forward you the research findings and then destroy/delete the project at my end to ensure security.   

I commit to only focusing on one project at a time. This means I can give your family history/research the attention and dedication it deserves. 

Sometimes extra fees can occur as the research progresses (for example, the purchase of birth, marriage and death certificates). If this scenario occurs, I always ask your permission to proceed. Wherever possible, I exhaust every other research avenue first, but sometimes that purchased certificate may be the key to unlocking a wealth of family history.

Please note that it is not possible to guarantee the outcome of a family history project - this is the nature of any historical research. But, I can guarantee that I will always research your ancestor's story with care, respect and dignity.
